Sand By Me is a 3-bedroom home in the Beachway Community in Port Aransas, Texas, with a
private plunge pool, a rooftop deck overlooking downtown, and a location in the heart of the
island that gets you to restaurants, shops, and the beach without needing a car. The unit holds
up to nine guests with a sleeping configuration that suits several different group types.
The main floor is open-plan, with large windows bringing in natural light. The living room has a
flat-screen TV with streaming services and cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless
steel appliances, an under-counter ice maker, a coffee maker, and all the standard cookware.
The kitchen bar has additional seating alongside the dining table. A half bath is off the kitchen,
and the back door leads directly out to the plunge pool.
All three bedrooms and three full bathrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed,
smart TV, and ensuite bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a smart TV. The third
bedroom has a king and a full bed separated by a privacy wall, plus an ensuite bath and a
private balcony. For the ninth sleeper, a twin bed is in the living room. The washer and dryer are
on the second floor.
The kitchen is set up for cooking at home throughout the stay. The under-counter ice maker
keeps drinks cold without the daily trip to get ice, which adds up on a longer trip. The coffee
maker, fully stocked pantry, and group dining table round out the setup.
The plunge pool is fenced in behind the home and accessible through the kitchen's back door.
An outdoor shower on the side of the house handles beach cleanup. On the rooftop, a set of
bar-height chairs and a table creates a different experience than a standard deck: elevated
seating that makes the downtown Port Aransas views feel like a proper backdrop for evening
drinks. Pool heating to 80-85 degrees is available on request for an additional fee.
Wi-Fi and cable are included throughout. Smart TVs are in every bedroom.

The Beachway Community in Port Aransas sits close to the core of the island's dining and
nightlife scene. Restaurants, bars, and beach gear shops are within easy walking distance. The
beach is about a 0.75-mile walk or a short golf cart ride. Cart rentals are available near the
community.
